12TH April 2021 – Update
In line with Government guidelines the gym is now reopen for Coached Recreational and Development sessions. Drop in/Stay and Play sessions and Adult Gymnastics can NOT resume until May 17th at the earliest.
30th December 2020 Update
As Somerset has been placed into tier 4 we are now forced to clodue until further notice and the next update in goverment guidelines. Thank you once again for your understanding and continued support.
23rd November 2020 – Update
As per the Government annoucnement on the 23rd November 2020 we will reopen on Thursday 3rd December 2020. Classes and regulations will remain the same as before the start of the second lockdown on the 5th November 2020.
31st October 2020 Update
As per the Goverment briefing on the 31st October 2020 and confirmation from our governing body British Gymnastics we are now closed until the 3rd December 2020. All development squads and children who attend weekly recreational gymnastics have been issued with a timetable of Zoom sessions to attend during this time.
Update – Reopening details from July 24th 2020
As per the Goverment update issued on the 9th July 2020 the gym is now reopen, however in line with the current guidelines to allow us to do so there are some changes to the way classes are run.

UPDATE 20TH MARCH 2020
Please note inline with the Goverment briefing on the 20th March 2020 the gym is now temporarily closed. This will be reviewed inline with future briefings and advice.
!!!!!! CORONA VIRUS UPDATE – 14th MARCH 2020 !!!!!!!!!
We would like to keep all our members and visitors updated on measures we currently have in place during this current difficult situation.
All Development, Recreational & Pre-School classes will continue to run as normal.
All amenities and reception are cleaned several times a day.
We are continuing to clean the gym on a daily basis.
Anyone who is entering the main gym through the double doors must wash their hands throughly before the use of hand sanitiser, if children leave the main gym to access the toilets this hand washing and sanitiser process must be repeated.
We also require all adults, children and spectators to use hand gel before they enter the viewing area.
If your child is displaying any one of the symptoms below, please keep them at home and not attend their classes.
– Dry persistent cough
– Fever above 37.8 degrees C
– Cold or flu like symptoms
If you are choosing to self isolate your child and keep them off for a long period, please let us know by email, txt or via the FB page. If you do not receive FB notifications already please like our Liberty Gymnastics FB page to receive these.
We are currently issuing invoices for next term if your child is off gym because of self isolation please contact us for the invoice amount and pay via bank transfer do not come into the gym to pay. As per our usual terms if payment is not received within the first 2 weeks of term 2 we will reallocate your Child’s space.
We are trying our best to keep Liberty open and a safe place for all our gymnasts and their families, please help us to do this by following these few simple procedures.
